Zaisa Office Tower by Hoz Fontán Arquitectos

Spanish studio Hoz Fontán Arquitectos have completed this rectangular office tower in Irun, Spain. The eight-storey tower sits atop an elliptical plinth, which in turn is built on top of an existing car park. The building has a double-glazed facade and features gardens on the upper two floors. The tower houses the headquarters for the Zaisa transportation hub and its offices are located in the higher floors, while the remaining floors are sublet. Photographs are by José Hevia.
